Dear Friend,
I have always had dogs, so, when it comes to veterinarian offices I have been to many over the past 30 years in the Austin area. Right now I have three dogs and for the past 8 years we have made our veterinarian HOME the Arbor Animal Clinic. The clinic itself is always spotless and has a very warm feel, but the reason we LOVE Arbor Animal Clinic is the STAFF. From the front Desk Staff and Manager, to the Vet Technicians, and to the Doctors themselves we have never been treated with more respect or with more compassion. When I leave the clinic I know that I have gotten the BEST medical care available for my "babies".
One of my dogs is a Jack Russell Terrier and is a frequent flier with Arbor Animal Clinic. During the past eight years, we have had her spayed as a puppy, an emergency eye surgery (after one of her lenses detached) and another emergency exploratory surgery (after discovering a major blockage in her intestine) all at Arbor Animal Clinic. All of these surgeries were a great success, and while they can be extremely stressful for both of us, the Staff at the Arbor Animal Clinic made them so much easier. They have always called to check on my little patient after the surgery and have always gone the extra mile!
When paying for three dogs, price is very important. Arbor Animal Clinic charges reasonable prices for excellent medical care. My dogs have never been given shots or any medications that were unnecessary just to increase my fees at the end of a visit. They are upfront about their pricing and you are in control of the level of care you would like to provide for your animal. I trust them completely.
Hands down this is an impressive facility and an overall great place for me and my dogs (who I consider my kiddos)! I completely and whole heartedly recommend Arbor Animal Clinic to all of my family and friends!

Hi! My name is Karen. But more importantly, I am Chaz’s mom. Chaz is a sweet 11 year old Chihuahua who rules my world and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Chaz has been under the loving care of Arbor Animal Clinic since he was 5 weeks old and every experience I’ve had with AAC over the last 10+ years has been a good one. Everyone at the clinic, including the vets, the techs and the front staff are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and always willing to go the extra mile for the Chaz Man. In a great city like Austin we have so many choices, including a large number of good vet clinics, but my 1st choice will always be Arbor Animal Clinic, for the finest of care with a loving touch.
